CTV Video on Demand

By in Uncategorized

CTV is now offering video on demand. This includes news, documentaries and, most importantly, Corner Gas.

Finally Canada is no longer left out of the streaming video craze. I don’t know about you, but I felt a little left out when iTunes, CBS, etc released shows only to the states. Now we have Corner Gas, which pretty much trumps the other sitcoms on TV today.

Hopefully we will start seeing more and more shows become available in this format and possibly even downloadable shows (legally).

* Edit: Apparently, the above link now redirects to a page saying you must be in Canada to view the content. I thought I was in Canada. Did Regina secede? If so, I’m declaring this the state of Kentopia.

Try this link: CTV Broadband. If that doesn’t work, just go to CTV.ca and click on Broadband video.

** Edit again: You will have to click on CTV.ca and select Broadband Video. The site doesn’t like direct linking, or Americans for that matter. It’s just nice to be on the non-receiving end of that message (Content Not Available in your Country, to paraphrase) for once.
