Venom and Sandman will be the villains, played by Topher Grace and Thomas Haden-Church respectively. I kind of figured these would be the villains for the next movie. I thought they would bring back Harry Osborn as the Hobgoblin or Green Goblin II as well. They still may do this as they set it up rather nicely in Spider-man 2. This should be a spectacular movie in terms of effects. Hopefully the movie can support more than one villain. If so, I really want to see Spider-man vs the Sinister Six.
